By far the worst experience...my my daughter was prescribed an antibiotic and Tylenol and both prescriptions were sent at the same time. And only got the antibiotic because they said the only got that one. So I called the doctor and the sent it again. Waited 30 minutes and allied to check if it was ready and they claimed they didn't get it. So again I called the doctor and they called and verbally told some one the prescription so I wait again. They claim they never got the call. I had to tell them to check their pharmacy line and it was there. So they told me to give them 30-45 minutes to fill it. So I go to pick it up just to be handed over the counter Tylenol, and of course it was CVS brand..I told them my insurance should cover it cause it's Tylenol and they said no it's over the counter so it's not. So I ask two questions-first:why do you need a prescription for over the counter and second:why would it take them 30-45 minutes to fill it if all they had to do was walk down the isle to get it and put it in a pharmacy bag. This was so upsetting!! So I called the doctor and they sent the prescription to Walgreens and they had it filled in 10 minutes. Never using CVS pharmacy again!!!
