Mediocre, a tad under bare minimum and lack luster results. A kindly man will meet you at first to get to know your needs and write you up an estimate. You'll never see him again. The only people that you'll see after that are crews of guys he hires to do work on your house with seemingly zero accountability. Communication is poor and their quote was off by $1500. It looks like they just painted over old boards they said they'd replace. Our insurance informed us that they had done something outside of their quote but we were never informed. I think they pat themselves on the back because they follow through and aren't crooks ( because there are a lot of crooks out there when it comes to roofing) but bare minimum doesn't get you a cookie in my book.

I can't say enough nice things about Josh Mueller with Soukup Roofing. He was patient with all my questions and very thorough and professional. I spoke with representatives of a total of four well-regarded roofing companies and Josh was by far the most responsive. After meeting with them all, I emailed follow-up questions to each. Only Josh responded and he replied that very same evening. While we will have to wait many months to have our roof replaced, Soukup roofers were able to fix a specific leak within a couple of weeks. Our decision to select Soukup was directly related to Josh Mueller. We are so grateful that a friend recommended Josh and Soukup. We have, in turn, recommended him wholeheartedly to others.
Extremely fast, had roof replaced within days of calling. Good quality and amazing price, beat competitors by a long shot. Also easy to work with Realtors! Will use again.
Promised to return call and inspect my rental property damaged roof. They have showed. They are still very busy so plan a few months wait. The Hailstorm in 2016 has really slowed the re-roofing process across the entire area.
Cons: left in the dark with communication. Way off on estimate, poor system for quality control with workers seemingly disconnected from brand, told me they were an approved contractor with my insurance, my insurance said they were not. I did not feel like I could relax and know the job would get done. Felt like I needed to watch their quality like a hawk.
