My dog was bit by a rattle snake and this hospital carried antivenom when most others do not. Great care was given to my puppy. She is back home healthy and happy.
I recently brought my new kitten in for a wellness check and vaccines and was so impressed by the facility and the team there. Dr. Peterson was awesome! He took the time to inform and educate, and make my new kitten feel comfortable during his exam. The rest of the team was very helpful and friendly. The visit was affordable as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this establishment to other pet owners!
Well, first of all they gave my dog a new lease on life, recommending a treatment after another vet was ready to put him down. That alone was enough. Well three years later we finally had to put him down, at which the staff was incredibly professional and explained the whole process. A week later they sent a card, which I thought was just going to be a generic "sorry for your loss", but it turned out to be handwritten messages from several of the staff. As long as we live here, hill country is the only place I'll go.
I love the people and doctors but their prices are very high!
The staff are knowledgeable in dog and cat behavior and take their time with your animal to create a safe and stress free visit for your animal.
